E wears Neon

This girl cracks me up! I could only get her to smile when I put my face to the side of the camera. The second I get behind the camera she puts on a straight face. This is why the one picture of her laughing/smiling I accidentally cut her head off. Oops! I love how she turns her right leg out and bevels her foot. I love how she points her toes. I love her beautiful eyes! I love her goofy grin. I love her sweet little peace sign that she makes with her right hand. I love my little Eliza!

E was so happy to see her cousin Madsen. Her cute denim skirt said it was 6-12 months, but I learned that was too wide of a range and we had to leave it unbuttoned .

We had such a wonderful trip to Dallas over the fourth of July. I really liked what I saw of Dallas.We went up to visit Nate's brother Brent and his family. They have been in Dallas for the summer for Brent's internship with D&T (accounting runs in the family.)  They'll be headed back to Provo next month to finish their final year of school. Thank you Brent, Kate, and Madsen for your hospitality and the fun memories! We love you!

All of the pictures are from my i-phone. The entire trip I asked Nate where our camera was. His reply was always the glove box. We're going to make it a goal to work on our photo skills and take more pictures with the point and shoot. For now, at least we've captured what we have. We love our iphones for this reason.

My baby girl is 6 months old tomorrow. These are just a few photos from her birthday each month. We are growing more and more in love with her everyday. She is beginning to take longer naps (sometimes) and sleeping for longer stretches at night (6 and 7 hours on good nights!). She is starting to enjoy solids. She loves her therapy appointments with Miss Mary every week. Her and daddy are pals. Books and stuffed animals are her favorite. She sleeps with puppy and monkey every night/nap. At her 6 month check up on Monday she weighed in at 17lbs and 12oz of baby love. We love you Eliza Lu!
