Grandma and Grandpa Hoefelmann's 60th Wedding Anniversary

My Dad's parents are celebrating their 60th wedding anniversary on November 8th. Our family in Missouri is having a surprise party for them on the 28th of October, and I am publishing this photo collage with Heritage Makeres to be presented on a beautiful canvas at the party.

I wish I could be at the party. I remember celebrating their 50th 10 years ago. I can't belive all that life has brought in ten years! What a beautiful life, even with all of the challenges and trials. Family is truly everything. (And those friends that count as family!)

I recently became a Personal Publishing Consultant for Heritage Makers, a personal publishing company. A passion of mine has always been family history. I look forward to creating many projects that will help preserve our family heritage and memories. For anyone interested in learning more about Heritage Makers, check out my webpage www.pictureyourheritage.com.

AT&T Rethink Possible - Blanket Commercial

I love this commercial! I mostly love it just because of the Arch and Mississippi River. I will be there next week. My dad and brothers arrived today and Nate and I will meet them out there, along with my mamma next week. Two classes down, three to go this semester. woot woot!

I've been on a commercial kick today. Maybe I should go into advertising. We'll see . . .

"Back In St. Louis . . ."

When I was 12 my family moved from St. Louis, Missouri to St. George, Utah. Talk about culture shock! My dear friend Jen always heard my brother and I say, "Back in St. Louis... blah blah blah." I'm sure my brothers and I were pretty obnoxious with all of our St. Louis talk, but that was our home. It wasn't until late in my high school years and even after I moved away that I fully appreciated Utah. I really liked this video because it took be back to my St. Louis days! I am anxious for the semester to be over so that I can take Nate to St. Louis and basque in the Midwestern humidity and Ted Drewes! Gotta love it.

Glee+ Nelly= Love/ Summer/ Get me through the semester music!

More Family in St.Louis

These are fun pictures of the darling great grandkids! I'm holding my cousins baby Eva. The house is the house that I grew up in in Missouri. It's changed a lot. The picture with me in the middle is of my sister on the left and my niece on the right. We had such a great day!

Sarah's Wedding

These are a bunch of pictures from my friend Sarah's wedding in St. Louis. I love her family. The Sylvesters are so much fun. Uncle Leo is the one pointing in the picture. He's from Puerto Rico and he told Nate and I that he'd hook up us with the keys to his condo in Goergia or Puerto Rico anytime. The big guy standing next to Nate is Seth, Sarah's brother. He's awesome and occasionaly we get to see him when he comes to Rexburg. The other three guys are my brother Donny, Sarah's Dad, and a guy named Herb from the ward I grew up in. I love all three of them. We had so much fun at the wedding, and it was beautiful!

These are pictures from the christams party at my Grandma and Grandpa Hoefelmann's house in St. Louis Mo. The cute kids on the couch that Nate and I are holding are my niece and nephew, Ashton and Ryan. All of the little kids around Grandma and Grandpa are just some of the great grandkids that were there that night. All grandma and grandpa wanted for christmas was to have their grandkids sing christmas songs for them, and the great grandkids made it happen with Nate's help!
